This liquid filling & capping machine is new generation utility product, which is best suitable ofr needle-insert filling in the small opening mouth of bottle less than 3.0mm. It can automatically accomplish bottle in-feeding, filling, cap placing, and screw capping. Vacuum suck system is specially used to accumulate the rudimental oil attached outside surface of bottle and nozzles, avoid the oil overflowing onto the surface of bottle to gog against label stick. The eysdrop aseptic filling line consist of four main units including unscrambler, conveyor, pure air washer, monobloc of filling plugging and capping unit. Themachine is mainly used to accomplish bottle unscrambling, conveying, air washing, dosage discharging, plug & capplacing, The entire production process is protected under laminar flow H14 and aseptic isolation cover, which isolated all working area and keep eyedrops product be filled under aseptic environment.
